#Engagement101 List 2023 – Inspiring Workplaces

April 5, 2023

Inspiring Workplaces announces its 2023 List of the Top 101 Global Employee Engagement & Experience Influencers known as The #Engagement101.

The #Engagement101 celebrates the contributions of thought leaders from all areas of business, including the boardroom, HR, Internal Communications, Finance, Technology, and Entrepreneurship, who have made significant strides in the development of creating people first organizations.

From those who inspire action, educate, and recognize, to those who wield influence via social media or innovate fresh ways to engage people, all 101 influencers share a deep passion for enhancing the employee experience and as an output, engagement.

This list has been curated with input from contributors across the globe, ensuring that the #Engagement101 reflects the diverse perspectives and insights of the global business community. Each year, the list will be updated to reflect the latest developments in the field and to recognize the innovative contributions of those who are advancing employee engagement.

Select members of #Engagement101 will be invited to speak at both online and offline events, providing opportunities to draw inspiration from their thinking and engage face-to-face. In collaboration with this influential community, we will create valuable outputs for the wider world of work, including guides, ebooks, webinars, and more in 2023 and beyond.

2022 Inspiring Workplaces Inspirathon: Employee Experience Leadership Conversations

About this Session:

When talking with company leaders about employee experience, there is a similarity in the topics discussed. In this session, Gregory Simpson reveals the seven conversations that take place most often.

About the 2022 Inspiring Workplaces Inspirathon:

The Workplace Inspiration was a free 24-hour non-stop virtual event that spanned the globe – uniting everyone through our shared purpose to change the world by improving the world of work. 40+ short presentations moved from New Zealand to cities in the US (local time) and offered advice tailored to each specific region and the challenges they currently face.

Global Perspectives: 2022 Inspiring Workplaces Report

This report was designed to gain perspectives from our global community of inspirers in discovering the impact of Covid. Now, almost two years after we were all locked down globally, we have insights that will help give employees a voice, and leaders a roadmap as we continue to navigate our way through the changes that were thrust upon us.

In addition to the key headlines, respondents were asked “What one thing can your employer do to help you this year?” The responses were consolidated into five key themes below:

  • Culture of wellbeing
  • Community
  • Structure
  • Voice  (page 37 – Gregory F Simpson)
  • Gratitude

We discuss these themes throughout this report and also provide advice and opinion from our Chief Inspiration Officers from Inspire:Cities all over the world.
