Our Story
Our roots are in organizations where people wanted to contribute and succeed and leaders wanted to do right by them but the support and systems simply were not aligned. A moment of clarity by our Managing Director revealed that the internal branding, communication, manager capability and employee experience work he had been doing was in fact people experience work. That understanding became the foundation of Agent In Engagement.
