new_year_2014_01_ai10-1113vv-vHappy New Year, everyone!! The Agent In Engagement blog was created as a way to share thoughts on employee engagement with fellow “Agents.”  I worked on the idea for the site for almost a year before it finally became a reality. I credit Steven Pressfield’s book, The War of Art: Break Through the Blocks and Win Your Inner Creative Battles, for giving me the confidence to move forward.  On October 24, 2013, a short 14 days after I completed the book, I launched the Agent In Engagement site.  I’ve found the blog to be incredibly exciting and rewarding. I want to thank everyone who visited, followed, and registered with the site last year. I’m looking forward to 2014.  Let me know if you have any topics you would like to see covered.
