There is an intruder running rampant in most companies…alias: Disengagement.  This thief steals an estimated $550 billion from the US economy each year and is a known associate of 50% – 70% of all employees1. For those of us fighting against this nemesis, we need places to which we can retreat. Over the course of my employee engagement career, I have come across “safe houses” that provide a sanctuary for “The Engaged.” There we can hone our strategies to bring Disengagement to justice by accessing the latest employee engagement practices, training, and case studies.
